style="font-family:宋体">朱海闵在致辞中指出，党的十八大以来，党和国家高度重视思政课建设，习近平总书记在讲话中多次强调办好学校思想政治理论课的重要意义，特别是今年初，在与学校思想政治理论课教师座谈时，习总书记指出，思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程，要推动思想政治理论课改革创新，不断增强思政课的思想性、理论性和亲和力、针对性。今年</span>8月，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于深化新时代学校思想政治课改革创新的若干意见》，这是贯彻落实学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会精神的路线图，是深化新时代思政课改革创新的根本遵循。日前，教育部《“新时代高校思想政治理论课创优行动”工作方案》出台，为全面贯彻党的教育方针，为高质量办好新时代高校思想政治理论课谋划提出了“六创”具体路径，将有利于提高教学质量，提升大学生对思政课的获得感。</span></p> style="font-family:宋体">朱海闵肯定了学校社会科学部在这样的背景下举办课堂教学成果展的意义，肯定了社会科学部成立以来取得的成绩。她指出，本次成果展的举办，是对我校思政理论课课堂教学的检验，也是对我校思政理论教师的一次检阅。思政课教师要按照习近平总书记提出的</span>“政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正”要求，“以信仰讲信仰”，不断提升课堂教学和实践教学质量，发挥积极性、主动性、创造性，利用新媒体和大数据技术，改进方法和手段，做到内容常新、手段出新、方法创新，提升教育成效，真正使课堂活起来，让孩子们把头抬起来，脑子动起来。本次教学成果展的举办，还是对我校思想政治工作的一次检视。学校要全面落实习总书记重要讲话精神，真正把思政课建设作为党的建设和意识形态工作的标志性工程，把思政课建设作为思想政治工作生命线上的主轴主线，强化资源统筹，最大限度形成全校共建思政课的资源合力，为打造让学生真心喜欢、终身受益的“思政金课”提供坚实保障和坚强后盾。</span></p> style="font-family:宋体">仙居县横溪镇是省文化和旅游厅对口帮扶点，学校在仙居设立了教学实践基地，派驻农村指导员，实行为期两年的常驻服务。对横溪镇垟庄村进行充分调研，了解群众需求，从该村</span>“文化礼堂”改造和“白冠山”旅游资源开发两方面着手，做好文旅融合文章。一是做好农村文化礼堂改造。包括礼堂外立面改造、内部铭文砖专题馆展示、乡村记忆馆陈列、文化礼堂内景环境重建等一系列建设与设计，学校师生参与设计、制作、陈列的全过程，改造后文化礼堂焕然一新，提升文化内涵和品味。二是开发红色旅游资源。根据垟庄村现有“白冠山”旅游资源，结合横溪作为革命老区，以红色革命历史为主题，打造了一台横溪·白冠山杜鹃花节。师生利用课余时间精心排练，发扬红军不怕苦不怕累的精神，一遍遍雕琢细节，用精彩的节目，把观众们带回长征，感受红军那可歌可泣的英雄风采。三是发挥实践基地功能。将仙居特有的文化基因和诗画山水，融入学校各系各专业特别是音乐系本土音乐文化的教育教学中，实现学校人才培养和仙居县“加强文化建设，打造文化仙居”双赢目标。暑假期间，学校乡镇文化员定向培训班师生来到仙居，参观学习国家非遗项目白塔无骨花灯的制作过程，聆听文化站长的现身讲解。学校文化管理系师生为仙居农村文化礼堂送上了精彩的演出，影视技术系师生则将电影送进了垟庄村、四都村等。</span></p> style="font-family:宋体">积极参与地方戏曲剧种传承保护，协同推进</span>“五个一计划”。2019年6月，学校与松阳县人民政府签订了《文化战略合作框架协议》，在做好“松阳高腔”抢救保护的基础上，进一步展开全面深入的文化合作，共同致力于国家级非物质文化遗产的保护传承发展和松阳县文化名县的打造。为切实落实合作协议，8月25日，学校启动了为期5天的“松阳高腔”传承保护暑期社会实践活动。本次组建的社会实践活动团是学校史上规模最大的一次，被团省委列为2019年全省暑期社会实践重点团队。学校多个系部近90名师生深入松阳县中小学、村镇等开展艺术支教、专题研讨、曲谱整理、教学影像资料制作、专场演出等活动。本着“按需设项”“精准服务”的原则，在活动前开展了需求对接。组织“松阳高腔全谱抢救保护工作方案”专题讨论，之后影像及曲谱整理分队走进“松阳高腔”发源地玉岩镇，观摩香乳山庙会民俗文化节，对演出进行摄录并深入访谈，了解其采用的伴奏形式、演唱句式词格特点、行腔中常用衬词，以便更精准的用曲谱、影像等形式还原“松阳高腔”的韵美。戏曲支教小分队与玉岩实验教育集团“松阳高腔”社团的30名同学结成对子，进行了为期5天的戏曲形体专题辅导，并参加了8月30日晚上的“松阳高腔”传承保护暑期社会实践专场演出。下一步，学校还将结合办学特色和“松阳高腔”传承保护需要，进一步落实合作协议，在人才培养、非遗传承、文创设计、文物保护等方面开展服务与交流。</span></p> style="font-family:宋体">结合学校推进</span>“最多跑一次”服务改革，学校建立了“三服务”活动办公室，负责“三服务”活动的协调推进、统计上报、跟踪督查，实现服务常态化，为“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育谋好开局。一是继续开展农村文化礼堂点单服务。暑假期间学校组织小分队赴上虞、椒江、临海、仙居、三门、嵊州、天台的10多家农村文化礼堂，开展综合汇报演出、舞蹈专场、送电影等服务，直接服务群众2000多人。二是开展培训服务。8月17日，举办2019年浙江省民营文艺表演团体越剧专业演员系列培训班，分为越剧花旦小生基础班、花旦小生提高班和展演入围剧目专业培训班多个班次，共计260名学员参加。下一步，还将在宁波海伦钢琴股份有限公司举办舞台音响调音师、钢琴调律师培训班。三是开展文物修复与保护实践。受义乌邀请，学校文物修复与保护专业的10名师生，在暑假期间，赴义乌桥头遗址开展为期一个月的文物修复工作，将专业教学与社会实践接轨，通过“师带徒”形式进行岗位技能实地训练和技术积累，践行现代“工匠精神”，提升社会服务能力。</span></p>
