style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">月6日，立夏刚过，昭示着热烈的夏季即将开始。在浙江艺术职业学院2018年乡镇文化员定向培养招生专业素质加试现场，一群群普高学生也即将开始一场   不一样的考试，不考子曰，不考ABC，这一天就考唱歌跳舞朗诵表演等艺术特长。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">早晨七点，考生们就进入浙艺校园，或在艺池边，或在中心广场，或在图书馆旁，拿着台词，下着腰，喊两嗓开开嗓准备考试。五号楼前，红红火火的横幅正在鼓励考生：自信备考，为理想插上艺术的翅膀。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">考试当天，校党委书记朱海闵、院长黄杭娟、党委副书记夏开堂、纪委书记徐芳带领相关人员对考场一一巡查，省文化厅公共文化处处长倪巍对本次专业加试非常重视，到校指导工作。学校对本次专业素质加试提前了进行部署，严格落实招考工作程序，制定“考务工作实施方案”，加强考官培训等，以确保考试公平、公正、规范有序地进行。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:24px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">现场300多位同龄人竞争61个名额，6:1的招录比无疑给很多学生增加了一定压力。一个考生说：“挺有压力的，我本身不是学艺术出身，没有可以炫耀的一技之长，太担心了。这里的人好像都很厉害的样子。但我也会努力的，因为我还蛮喜欢这个专业的。”旁边一位小姑娘估计就是她眼中“很厉害”的人，因为她已经通过了某音乐学院的校考。“那你为什么还来报文化员考试？”她说，“毕业就有编制还是挺吸引人的，我想留在老家工作。其实我也挺紧张的，专业没问题，最后还是要看高考成绩，我估计高考成绩考不过他们……”有些紧张的考生没吃早饭，学校贴心地准备了小点心等，并在候考区准备了大量饮用水和一次性纸杯，供考生自取。</span></p> <p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-size: 16px;line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">    </span><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family:宋体">上午淅淅沥沥下起了雨，学校在音乐厅候考区和4号楼考场之间，用遮阳棚搭起一条七彩通道，以免考生淋雨，也保护了考生的乐器。尽管学校准备了充足的室内休息区，还提供茶水等，家长们依然宁可冒雨站在音乐厅外等候。在孩子通过七彩通道走向考场的时候，给他们送上一句，别紧张，好好考。一位家长说：“省艺校在我们那里很有名的，我们文化馆的老师能到省艺校培训都是很光荣的，现在叫浙江艺术职业学院了，艺术教育那肯定是厉害的。我孩子自己也蛮喜欢艺术的，所以她想要来考，我就支持她。毕竟孩子自己喜欢的东西学起来比较有动力的，希望她这次能够取得好成绩！”</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">在考场，考生按地区分小组进入，每人接受声乐、形体、语言、表演、才艺展示等考试，以及小组合作小品表演等。专业测试总成绩为100分，达到60分以上，均确定为合格。丽水云和一所高中来了10位同学，但云和只有1个招生名额，同学们结伴来到杭州考试，没有家长陪同，也没有老师带队，彼此鼓励加油，谁发挥得好大家都很高兴。有同学谈到：“我是来自农村的，如果能把表演、歌舞等学好了，再回去教乡里村里人，让他们也能和电视上一样跳得美美的，我觉得这样很有意义。”</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">省文化厅领导曾在乡镇文化员招生座谈会上强调，“定向培养乡镇文化员工作事关现代公共文化服务体系建设全局。当前我省公共文化事业最大问题还是人的问题，这样的培养模式不仅能充实基层文化队伍，更能在当地社会起到一种示范作用，一种唤醒群众文化自觉的作用。”希望这些未来的基层文化工作者们，能为乡村文化振兴贡献青春力量。</span></p> <center><a 宋体">梨园一梦已千年，浙里戏曲再出发。4月28日，浙江省青少年戏曲教育教学展示暨第三届“梨花杯”参赛剧目展演在浙江实验艺术剧场举行。本次展演活动由浙江省文化厅、浙江省教育厅主办，浙江戏曲产教联盟、浙江艺术职业学院承办。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span 宋体">弘扬传统文化，传播戏曲之美。4月27日，2018浙江戏曲产教联盟协调发展系列活动在浙江艺术职业学院举行。上午在5号楼举行“加强青少年戏曲教育教学暨校团合作推进戏曲进校园工作研讨会”，下午在浙江实验艺术剧场举行戏曲进校园出征仪式暨开幕展演。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">在浙江戏曲产教联盟戏曲进校园出征仪式暨开幕展演上，浙江省委教育工委副书记、省教育厅副厅长、巡视员鲍学军，浙江省文化厅党组成员、副厅长刁玉泉，滨江区副区长万爱民为戏曲进校园出征学校代表授旗。浙江音乐学院、浙江艺术职业学院、金华艺术学校、嵊州越剧艺术学校等在开幕展演中，联手推出昆剧、越剧、婺剧、绍剧等演出。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">著名戏曲表演艺术家汪世瑜、朱元昊、刘建杨、陈晓红等，分别为昆剧、婺剧、绍剧和越剧代言，向现场大中小学生普及了各剧种历史，渊源和特色，或如文人雅士敲檀板唱“则为你如花美眷，似水流年”，或如铮铮男儿执金箍棒唱“妖怪今日命难逃”，或如芊芊女孩背花锄唱“花落花飞飞满天”。一位小学生妈妈说，非常难得看到艺术家们用这样通俗易懂的语言来解释戏曲知识，真希望孩子能上台体验一下戏曲<a name="_GoBack"></a>，将这份传统文化传承下去。一位小学音乐教师则说，自己十分喜爱戏曲文化，也很想教给小朋友们。今天看了很多专业的表演，收获特别多，更加觉得学校应该引进这方面的教材，或者更多像自己一样的音乐老师能受到戏曲专业知识的指导，希望这份传统文化不要被时代所遗忘，让孩子从小汲取戏曲的美育教育。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">中国戏曲传承发展数千年，岁月的浩荡沧桑、命运的起落承合，都凝聚于舞台之上，可谓中华文化的微缩景观。国家一直大力支持戏曲的传承和弘扬。国务院办公厅《关于支持戏曲传承发展若干政策的通知》、文化部与中宣部、教育部、财政部《关于新形势下加强戏曲教育工作的意见》相继出台，十九大报告中更加强调“坚定文化自信,推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛”，新时代背景下文艺的春天来了。如何让当代青少年更亲近戏曲，窥见这“满园春色”？在研讨会上，省文化厅、省教育厅有关部门负责人，中国艺术职业教育学会、中国戏曲学院、浙江文艺评论家协会等专家，嵊州越剧艺术学校、金华艺术学校等戏曲教育基地负责人，和浙江昆剧团、浙江婺剧艺术研究所等院团负责人，以及滨江教育局、杭州育才中学等老师对加强青少年戏曲教育教学展开了研讨。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">中国艺术职业教育学会专家指导委员会副主任、安徽演艺集团原董事长张居淮关于戏曲进校园的展望，中国戏曲学院继续教育部（戏曲艺术教育中心）主任、北京市学校中华传统文化促进会秘书长姚志强在研讨会上分享的“高参小”项目，即高等教育、社会力量和基础教育的创新性合作，著名昆剧表演艺术家、浙江艺术职业学院特聘教授汪世瑜在北大等高校推出和观众同龄的年轻演员的经验，浙江文艺评论家协会秘书长沈勇提出的戏曲进校园六点建议等，获得了与会者点赞。戏曲进校园供给方浙江昆剧团、浙江婺剧艺术研究院、嵊州越剧艺术学校、金华艺术学校等，和滨江教育局、杭州育才中学、杭州长江实验小学等需方代表作了深度交流。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:150%;font-family: 宋体">会上，浙江戏曲产教联盟新添两家成员单位：江山市青少年体育运动学校和杭州市余杭小百花越剧艺术中心。浙江戏曲产教联盟是戏曲人才培养协同合作平台，由浙江艺术职业学院倡议发起，首批委员单位包括浙江音乐学院、绍兴艺术学校、嵊州越剧艺术学校、金华艺术学校等院校与浙江小百花越剧团、浙江越剧团、浙江昆剧团、浙江绍剧艺术研究院、浙江婺剧艺术研究院等戏曲表演院团以及浙江胜利剧院、杭州红星剧院、绍兴大剧院等演出经营机构。未来浙江戏曲产教联盟将形成合力，将最经典、最具特色的剧种、剧目推广到大中小学校，使传统戏曲文化的种子在浙江校园生根发芽，使传统文化得以薪火相传，生生不息。</span></p>
