<div class="article" id="content"> 3月20日下午，学校召开党委理论学习中心组学习会，专题学习全国两会精神，围绕上级2024年工作要点开展学习研讨。校党委书记薛亮主持会议并讲话，校党委理论学习中心组成员参加学习。 薛亮领学了习近平总书记两会期间的重要讲话精神和《政府工作报告》。传达了《中共浙江省委宣传部2024年宣传思想文化工作要点》《省委教育工委省教育厅2024年工作要点》《2024年全省文化广电和旅游工作要点》。 校党委理论学习中心组成员围绕学习内容，结合自身工作实际，深入开展研讨交流。 会议强调，学习贯彻全国两会精神是当前和今后一个时期的重大政治任务。要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，把学习贯彻全国两会精神与学习贯彻习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述和党的二十大精神统一起来，与学习贯彻习近平总书记考察浙江重要讲话精神和开展习近平文化思想学习教育融合起来，进一步深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，紧紧围绕推进中国式现代化这一最大政治，努力回答好发展新质生产力“浙艺何为”这一重大课题，坚持高质量发展这一硬道理，聚焦学校“内涵建设”“人才兴校”“产教融合”“科研创作”“类型化、特色化、高等化”新阶段新任务，准确把握两会对教育、科技、人才、文化等工作提出的新部署新要求，守正创新、改革突破，坚定高质量建设信心决心，增强“双高”建设活力动力，切实让全国两会精神在浙艺落地生根、开花结果。 会议要求，要学透思想，进一步学懂弄通做实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。要善谋发展，做好“双高”验收和新一轮申报，谋划开好学校第三次党代会，抓实新一轮招生和就业，深化开展2024年调查研究，高质量推进基础设置提质工程。要真抓实干，落实落细学校2024年重点工作。要站稳人民立场，持续提升学校治理体系和治理能力现代化水平，确保2024年开门红、季季旺、全年胜。 </div>
